Garry Lloyd Latoski

May 5th, 2016

It is with great sadness that the family announce the passing of Garry Lloyd Latoski. Garry passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 5, 2016 at the age of 70 years. Garry was born on February 4, 1946 in Wishart, Saskatchewan. Living in Regina he worked for many years as an auditor with Sask. Finance and retired in 2011. Predeceased by his parents Lloyd and Rosalyn, he is survived by his wife Elaine; son Daniel; son Michael; sister MaryAnn; sister Debra; as well as many extended family and friends.

Garry was a dedicated professional, devoted husband, and very proud father of his two boys. He always brought a smile to everyone with his unique sense of humor and stories of his younger days. Garry enjoyed family trips, everything automobile related, and was always there to lend a helping hand.  He is deeply missed by us all and will be warmly welcomed by Lloyd and Rosalyn in Heaven. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Saskatchewan Arthritis Society, Heart & Stroke Foundation, or Lung Association of Saskatchewan. A private family service was held at Riverside Memorial Park.

Messages:

Dear Elaine, Daniel, Michael and family, I was saddened to read of Garry's passing. My deepest sympathy to you all.

I miss my big brother so much ..... he always had a story to share, or a segment from a show taped on his PVR (among the hundreds) that he recalled flawlessly .. to show me what he wanted me to watch.. sometimes it was comedy nature related, etc, more often than not ... vehicle related... he wanted a dream car.. Porsche, BMW, or Mercedes.. that I could drive him around in - Garry and his cars.. if you knew him - you understand..... mostly though... like all of us... he wanted love and compassion.... so a little visiting and picking up stuff for him.... seemed good for him...but so little to me ... I am sorry that I could not do more ... Rest In Peace.... Love to you always, my Big Brother ooxx

We were so sad to hear about Garry. Elaine, please let us know if there is anything we can do to help you and the boys through this time

We are truly very sad about hearing of the passing of a life long friend! he will be missed by us both,we are sad we weren't there with him at the end but we know he wouldn't want it that way,our hearts and prayers go out to Elaine, Daniel and Michael may god bless you and help you through these trying times
