Maxine Joyce Lefebvre

It is with sadness that the family of Maxine Joyce Lefebvre (Ballman) announce her passing on Friday, August 11, 2017 at the age of 80 years.  She was predeceased by her parents Charles and Janet Ballman; her brother Wayne; sister Ferne Hoffart; brothers-in-law Joseph Hoffart and Rene Sauve; nephew Gordon Hoffart and niece Wendy Saint.  Left to cherish her memory are her husband Denis; sisters Frances Sauve and Cleone Ballman; brothers Lawrence and Gerald; her step-daughter Denise (Arnold) Bouchard and their daughters Charity (Regan) Schmidt, Trinity and Augustine, Cymone (Brian) Bernauer, Jazmin and Avery, Christie (Anthony) DiPaola, Makaela and Domenic; step-daughter Lori (Marc) Poissant and their children Geri Lynn (Greg) Gouglas, Kailah and Ashlee, Jarid (Carmen) Poissant, Sophia and Oliver, Nathan Poissant; step-son Eugene (Janice) Lefebvre and their daughter Giselle Lefebvre.  Maxine was born in Regina Grey Nuns Hospital on January 6, 1937.  She attended Sunny Corner School and Milestone High.  She obtained her teaching certificate and taught in Manitoba and Alberta before returning to Saskatchewan to teach at Bosco Homes.  After marrying Denis on October 27, 1984 she retired from teaching.  Maxine loved and served the Lord with her whole heart.  Special thanks to Home Care, “I miss my girls”.  Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, August 17, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. in Little Flower Roman Catholic Church, 420 College Avenue, Regina, SK.  Flowers most gratefully declined.
