Shirley Lott (nee Dosch)
May 22nd, 2017
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Shirley on Monday, May 22, 2017.
Shirley was predeceased by her parents George and Nathalie Dosch.
Shirley is survived by her loving family: husband Stan; son Ken “Joe”, daughter Shelan, son Randy (Michael Ann), daughter Michelle (Rob); Grandchildren Chris (Ashley), Shawn (Sophie), Ashton, Kirsten, Griffin (Kayla), Brittney, Colton; Great Grandchildren Gavin, Natalia, Abigail, Lily-Jade.
She is also survived by her sisters Florence Selby and Irene Vickers (Norm) as well as many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Shirley was born May 23, 1938 in Coronach, Sk. She grew up in Willow Bunch before striking out for the big city of Moose Jaw. It was here she met Stan and they started their life together. They relocated to Regina in the 60’s and remained until the 80’s when they retired to their acreage in Pilot Butte. The acreage was where Shirley shined. She loved the giant garden and the extra space for all the family to gather. She enjoyed her animals and held a special place for her dog Mocha. The most important thing of all was family.
A come and go celebration will be held at Conexus Arts Centre – BC room on Friday, May 26, 2017 from 2:00 – 4:00 p:m for friends and family. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Santa Maria Senior Citizen’s Home.
