Cindy Hanoski
October 7th, 2018
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Cindy Marie Hanoski (nee Davis) on Sunday, October 7, 2018 at the age of 56 years after a tough battle with cancer. Cindy passed peacefully with family by her side.
Cindy is survived by her loving husband Tim of 34 years. They were married on August 12, 1989 in Regina, SK. She will also be lovingly remembered by her two daughters Christal (Tyler) and Carly (Jason) as well as her four grandchildren Gracie, Jaxon, Aubrie and Violet. Cindy will also be missed by her mother Audrey Davis; her sister Colleen (Kevin) and brothers Terry (Carmen), Gregg, and Kory (Brenda). She also had many other significant people in her life that will always hold fond memories of Cindy such as brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and friends. As sad as we are to see her go, she will be reunited with her Dad Harold Davis on the other side.
Cindy was born in Regina, SK on August 10, 1962. She graduated from Balfour Collegiate in 1981. Cindy had many jobs over the years, but she finished her final days of work at Casino Regina in Human Resources.
Cindy enjoyed her time with family, especially her grandchildren. Every Sunday the kids would go to the farm for the day and enjoy a home cooked meal made by "Nana". As much as she enjoyed having them there, Nana also embraced the peace and quiet after a long day with the grandkids.
We would like to thank the Palliative Care team at the Pasqua Hospital for all their care and support throughout this tough time. Her caring heart and big spirit will be missed by all.
Celebration of Life for Cindy will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the AGT Lounge at Mosaic Stadium, 1700 Elphinstone Street, Regina, SK (cash bar and snacks; children are most welcome to attend). In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Allan Blair Cancer Clinic or a charity of choice.

I am so sorry to hear of Cindy‘s passing. I had the pleasure of working with her for a couple of years and during that time I know what a passion she had for her family and her work. My sincere sympathies for all of Cindy's family and friends during this difficult time.
The loss of Cindy will leave a void in so many hearts. But there will be so many great memories. She was so strong through this battle. Cindy once told me that she "had not felt this good in years ". She was so courageous, her battle was fought with strength, dignity and love. Hugs and take care.
My deepest sympathies to my Auntie Cathy and the Davis families on Cindy’s passing.

Christal,Carly and family, Your mom is going to be so incredibly missed. Her smile and laugh was so infectious. Always positive and cheery every time I saw her. I’m so thankful to have been able to spend time getting to know her even for a short time. I know she’ll forever live on in the hearts of you both and everyone who loved her. Thoughts and prayers are with you during this heartbreaking loss. Xo Rest easy Cindy ❤️
My sister was a bit over ten years older than me (and one day younger than my wife of which we were frequently reminded lol). To me she was someone I always looked up to...well....because she was 10 years older than me! I’m kidding my sister was somewhat of a hero for me growing. With age difference she always got to do the firsts and to me being as young as I was it made think she was cool. She was the first to drive legally (ahem....boys), she was the first of us to get out of school and the first to get one of those real jobs we always heard about. Didn’t matter where it was that she worked she was always a leader...Kline’s...Houston Pizza....Casino Regina....didn’t matter the place she showed her talents and grit. Cindy was the best host from those Christmas Parties on Dewdeney (we won’t mention my first shooters) in the apartment to eventually when the farm was bought. Tim and Cindy always knew how to host a crowd and were the best of teams. Everyone in our family and extended family and friends who have been blessed to be out there for whatever party it was know that to be true. The crowning glory was dads 80th Birthday. We all love her and she will be greatly missed. You’ll never find someone with as much toughness and grace anytime soon! My big sister....gonna miss you.....
So sorry Cindy was a beautiful person. Sending condolences to Tim, Crystal, Carly and family.
