Hope Myrna Dalke

Hope Myrna Dalke (Wildeman), late of Regina, Saskatchewan, went to be with her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ on June 16, 2019 at the age of 84 years.  Hope was predeceased by her parents Olga and William Wildeman, mother and father-in-law Elsie and Adolf Dalke, sister-in-law and brother-in-law Bess and Ron Dalke, brother-in-law Don Sipe as well as other family members.  She will be greatly missed by her loving husband Lawrence, son Brad (Maria), daughter Sherri (Dwayne) and grandchildren Matt, Jadyn, Hope and Jared as well as sister Wilma, brother Eldon (Norma) and families, brothers-in-law Les (Louise), Ken (Carol), sister-in-law Joyce (Ray) and families.

Hope was born in Esk, Saskatchewan on November 28, 1934.  She grew up on the farm and took her early schooling in Esk and Lanigan.  She moved to Regina to attend business college where she met her future husband, Lawrence.  They married on September 6, 1959 at the Evangelical Church at Esk, Saskatchewan.  They spent their married life in Regina, where Hope worked at the Farm Credit Union until they were blessed with first child, Brad in 1963.  Their daughter Sherri followed in 1967.  Hope was a devoted wife, mother and homemaker and dedicated herself to her family and friends.  Both Hope and Lawrence were very involved in the church where she used her creative talents to assist with many events.  Hope and Lawrence were blessed with many years together and enjoyed spending time with family and friends along the way.

Hope served her God and her family to the best of her many abilities.  She was generous with her time, her help and most of all her love.  Her kind and caring nature will be forever missed by her family and friends.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. in Faith Baptist Church, 437 Broadway Avenue East, Regina, Saskatchewan. Interment in Riverside Memorial Park, Regina, Saskatchewan.

Family and friends so wishing may make donations in memoriam to Faith Baptist Church or Regina Wascana Grace Hospice, 2925 Reilly Avenue, Regina.

Although it has been many years since seeing Myrna I have fond memories of her when our family would visit the farm at Esk. May God strengthen and sustain you in the coming days.
