Lois Elizabeth Ritchie
June 30th, 2019
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Lois Elizabeth Ritchie on Sunday, June 30, 2019.
Lois will be lovingly remembered by her children Wyatt (Lyla), Wade (Cassandra), Matthew (Violet) and Vanessa; father Ivan Anderson; brothers Bruce (Penny), Miles (Joanne) and Denis (Gay); grandchildren Olivia, Colby, Samantha, Kenzie and Sophie; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Lois was predeceased by her mother Elizabeth (Betty) Anderson and partner Dale Peel.
Lois was born in Swift Current, SK on August 20, 1958 and grew up in Abbey, SK. She later moved to Glen Ewen, SK where she started her family, then to Regina, SK where she raised her four children. Lois enjoyed a simple life filled with family and friends. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren whenever she could. She also enjoyed talking with friends over coffee and playing darts in Regina’s soft-tip dart league (even travelling to Las Vegas for one of the largest dart tournaments in the world).
Everyone who knew Lois will miss her dearly.
The world changes from year to year,
Our lives from day to day,
But the love and memory of you,
Shall never pass away.
A Memorial Service will be held in St. James United Church, 4506 Sherwood Drive, Regina, SK on Thursday, July 11, 2019 at 2:00 p.m.
