She leaves to cherish her memory her husband Doug Pearce; her children Jarret (Courtney), Kiroy, Shakia (Parker) and grandchildren Myah, Taylor and Mikynis; her sister Brenda (Dan) and their children Amanda (Ryan) and Amanda’s children Braelyn and Adalyn, and Chris (Laura); her brother Darcy (Shelley) and their son Cody (Gen); her nieces Janice (Todd) and  their children Kaelan, Kiersten, Kiley, Aeris; Jackie (Frankie) and their children Courtney, Skye, Rylan and Janay; her sister-in-law Nancy; her special aunts Yvette and Betty (Albert); her mother-in-law Marg; her sisters-in-law Janice (Bill), Joanne (Dan), and Patty (Stu); brother-in-law Kelly (Patti); niece Jen; numerous loved aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and treasured friends.

She was predeceased by her parents Lloyd and Myrtle Schrader (nee Walkom) and her brother Dean Schrader.

Bernice was born in Fillmore, SK on October 30, 1967. She was raised in Kisbey, SK on a farm west of the town. Her school years were spent in Kisbey and Arcola. She moved to Regina where she had various jobs including school bus driver, merchandising, welcome wagon and farm life. Her greatest joy was her family.

Bernice was the biggest Rider fan you could have imagined. Every time there was a game on you could hear her from the basement yelling at the players on the TV. So please dress casual/rider pride.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, August, 13, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the G. Marconi Italian Club, 2148 Connaught Street, Regina, SK. Donations may be made, in memory of Bernice, to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.

I met Ber in person only once on the occasion of Jen and Daniel’s wedding. I was struck by how kind and loving she was. She and Doug jumped in to help with anything and everything that we needed. I have great memories of the time the family spent here. Kilroy and Shakia jumping in the pool “accidentally “ and the excitement showed when talking about orange groves and palm trees. I know she loved her family with all her heart and will greatly missed. Sending our love to all.

Our deepest sympathy to the family Condolence RIP Bernice.
