It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Debra Tuchscherer on Saturday, November 21, 2020 at the age 57. Debbie was born November 17, 1963 at the Grey Nuns Hospital in Regina, Sask.

Debbie battled Multiple Sclerosis for decades and finally succumbed to the illness. She leaves behind her parents Leo and Louise Tuchscherer; her brothers Rod Tuchscherer (Janice), Russ Tuchscherer (Diane); nieces Ashley Doerksen (Keaton), Hailey Tuchscherer (Mike), Brooke Stecyk (Ian), Janelle Burton (son Ashley) and nephew Carter Tuchscherer (Quinella).

As a young girl Debbie loved going to the family cottage on Long Lake, Sask. and spending hours sitting on the end of the dock fishing. Later in life Debbie enjoyed watching her soap operas. Debbie attended Sacred Heart Elementary School and Marian High School in Regina. She worked as a hair stylist and at various jobs in the hospitality industry until she could no longer work. Debbie spent 7 years at Pioneer Village in Regina and the last few weeks of her life at William Booth Special Care Home. Special thanks to all the staff at both locations for all their compassionate care that was given to Debbie over the years.

Donations may be made in Debbie’s name to the M.S. Society of Canada or the Regina Humane Society.

A graveside ceremony will be held in the near future.
