Brian Gilbert Boucher
June 2nd, 2021
It is with great sadness that the family of Brian Gilbert Boucher announce his passing after a brief illness on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at the age of 61.
He was predeceased by his brother Richard; his parents Gilbert and Alice; and his brother-in-law Mervin Sr. He will be sadly missed by his son Kyle Hendry; grandson Kaiden; his 11 sisters Shirley, Anna (Roy), Lorna, Sharon, June, Sandy (Jacques), Faye, Lisa (Peter), Barb (Richard), Gail, Brenda (Eric); as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Brian was a very hard worker and always went above and beyond for his family, friends and the residents of his condo community who were a second family to him. He was an avid Riders fan and one of his favourite highlights at the game was sitting in the end zone and when he knew the camera was on him, then he made sure to signal a field goal by raising his arms.
Our lives have forever changed. We will never forget the wonderful, loving person he was to us throughout the years. Brian was the type of brother who was there for all his sisters without fail. He was our protector! Our hero! Our brother!
A family service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

Was thinking of you today. Thank You for being the bestest Godfather a girl could get. I miss you dearly. Emma is blessed to share your birthday and we will celebrate you every year with her. Love you always Uncle B.
I wanted to call you yesterday, then realized, I couldn't. It broke my heart. I, and the boys, miss you so, so much and can't believe you have left us so early. You were our "Rock". We couldn't have asked for a brother and uncle as loving, caring, protective and giving as you. We miss you and love you and keep so many fond memories of you in our hearts. Lorna, Cheyenne and Montana

To Brian's Dear Family: We were shocked and saddened to hear of Brian's passing when my husband saw it on the computer this morning. We got to know Brian 15 years ago when we purchased two condos at 26 Shaw Street. What started out as a business relationship, soon turned into a friendship. Brian was so helpful and knowledgeable about all things maintenance/renovations and was always willing to help us out with anything that came up. We appreciated his skills and sound advice. Soon we were hiring him to do work on our other properties and referring him to friends, He was an early bird and a reliable hard worker and was an exceptional painter. He was truly a Jack-of-all-Trades. Brian was a ray of sunshine, upbeat and raring to go and cheerful even in the early morning, We appreciated his candor and telling it like it was : ) He spoke often of his sisters and was especially proud of his son, Kyle and grandson, Kaiden. We are so sorry to hear of his untimely passing and just wanted you to know you are all in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Sending our Love, Sincerely, Vern & Sherry
We own 3 condos at Country Squire complex. Brian has helped out many times with our tenants and helped us re-model the units over the last 10 years. We have spent many days with him doing renos and having lunch, comparing paint brushes and having many laughs. He will be missed as a hardworking, caring and very funny guy. I’m sure as a family member it will be even harder. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.
I met Brian years ago he always had a place in my heart. Rest in peace Brian.

Cousin Brian. I was very surprised and shocked to accidentally find this sad sad news. Everything I’ve read is true and then some. I too have many memories of you especially at the baseball games every summer. So fun to watch and what courage for you to play with all those girls. True love. Jeff too has a favourite memory. At one of the barbecue gatherings at your Mom And Dads. Your mom asked “where s the corns” and you answered “on your feet Mom”. We always use that one whenever we are eating corn on the cob. I too lost my younger brother last year. It leaves a big hole in the heart. I’m sure you’ve met each other and are sharing many laughs. You are both very similar in nature and so so missed by siblings. ❤️ Dot
