William was born on May 2, 1936 in Newfoundland and spent most of his childhood there and in Ontario. At the age of 27 he married his second wife Ruth and they later chose to move to Regina, Saskatchewan together; where he enjoyed the rest of his life. Always ready to help fix any type of car, he devoted most of his life to being a mechanic. He really could help you fix all things, not just cars! William spent most of his days tinkering with anything and everything, reading magazines, and watching his “stories”. His favorite things to do were driving to anywhere and nowhere as long as the engine was going, and collecting all sorts of treasures, and some not so practical things too. He was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, friend, and will be greatly missed by many.
We love you and we’ll miss you Grandpa, go enjoy all the classic cars in Heaven.
