Messages:

I sat directly behind Reg in church for many years in Lumsden. We always visited before mass. A few winters ago when we had a lot of snow which often seemed to arrive Saturdays and he couldn't dig himself out for Sunday, he would of course not show up. My thoughts, Did Reg die and we don't even know? So when he did show up in the spring I got his cell number. Then I simply sat with him and we chatted. I enjoyed his dedication to our faith; his standards - he wouldn't stay for lunch after mass ( I heard him say he didn't eat pancakes and another Sunday, he doesn't eat hot dogs) but I did notice that JoAnn often packed a little something for him to go. And I admired his independence, living at Sask Beach and not that easy to get on his cell which was probably a little hard on his family. Rest in Peace Reg. I like to imagine how much you are enjoying heaven. Amen.

Reg was a long-time parishioner of St. Peter's Church in Lumsden. We will remember his devotion to the Lord and his ready smile. Our condolences to Reg's family on the loss of a kind and loving man.
