The Weist, Lee and Lipp families are interconnected over 50 plus years. My family moved into Regina from Estevan in 1961 to establish the Lee Funeral Home on Dewdney and Cameron. I shared my grade 11 and 12 years at Sacred Heart Academy with Sandi Weist. I was the cheerleader to her great basketball talent. John's sisters Ida and Hilda also attended Sacred Heart Academy. My younger siblings attended Sacred Heart School and went on to O'Neill and one sister Mary went to Scott Collegiate and back to the Academy. My sister Jane (Lee) Pinnow (Deceased May 2, 2000) and I taught at Miller Comp with Dick. John and his brother Rudy (deceased Sept 27, 2017) played and refereed basketball with Dick. We have worked and been parishioners with Dick and Sandi at St. Anne's parish and St. John school over our married lifetime. We share your great loss with a break in the family fabric. Our deepest condolences.
The Lipp and the Lee Families go back a long way with the Weist Family. We are sorry to hear of the passing of your dear brother Bob. We understand and sympathize with the loss of a sibling, as we have each lost a sibling known to you. We grieve with you and extend our deepest sympathies.
deepest sympathies from Harold Mengel and family
Sorry for your loss. Condolences to all of the family.
Rest In Peace Uncle Bob. I know it’s been difficult since the stroke especially communicating. May you get your voice back and cheers with Aunty Betty. I’ll never forget the limo rides to the states so much fun. And the best Memories were the Christmas Eve Parties. Awesome food, singing carols, dancing, sneaking an adult bevy, and of course when “Santa “ came with presents. Love Stephanie, Danika and Rohan
Sorry for your loss. Condolences to all the family.
Both Dean and I were so sorry to hear that Bob had passed. We met him while my husband was in Wascana Rehab together with him. We always enjoyed our meal times together and we formed our own family. While going through our difficult times together, we always tried to find moments of laughter. Every time we have bacon, we think of him with smiles on our faces. Thinking of his family during this time of loss.
Sorry to hear of Bob’s passing. Condolences to all of the family.
I wish to extend my condolences to the Wiest family on Roberts passing. We worked together at Commercial Printers in '59-'60 and living in same area, I rode to work with him.
