Orville Roy Wiley
November 1st, 1933 ~ February 25th, 2021
Roy passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 25, 2021. He was predeceased by his parents John and Sarah (Lottie), 9 siblings and their spouses. Roy is survived by his wife Hertha of 62 years, sons Ron (Pat), Allen (Maryann) and daughter Leah (Cory), 7 grandchildren Shawn (Chelsea), Brittinee (Vlad, Chase, Alek), Kyle, Reese (Erin), Brady, Jaxon, Logan, 1 great-granddaughter Ellie and extended family Chris Bergstrom and the Mastels (Cathy, Brett, Danielle, Sarah) as well as numerous loving nieces and nephews and in-laws, lifelong friends the Vass’s and the Harrison’s. Special thanks to the staff at Wascana Long Term and Emmanuel Villa Peace Units for their care and devotion.
Roy was born in Langbank, SK. He moved to Regina and had a long and distinguished 35 year career at Sears. Roy was an avid fan of many sports, especially those his kids and grandchildren were involved in – a lifelong fan of the Riders, Leafs and Blue Jays.
Cremation has taken place and a Private Memorial Service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Souls Harbour Rescue Mission or Stars Air Ambulance.

Mr Wiley as we called him was our neighbour for many years. He was always so kind and helpful to my kids and I. I used to enjoy watching him tinkle in his yard to see what he’d do next and you know it always looked great. Sending hugs to Hertha and the family.
