It is with great sadness we announce the death of Gayle Dawn Kreklewich on Sunday May 19th 2024 at the age of 41 years. Gayle was predeceased by her daughter Jazmyn Sarah Katz, partner Blaine Katz, and her Grandfathers Thomas Kreklewich and Orval Nelson.
Gayle will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Jordyn Katz, Mother Kathy Kreklewich, Father Darrell Kreklewich and her siblings: Crystal (Neil) Park, Jennifer (Cole Zinkhan) Kreklewich and Curtis Kreklewich. Gayle will also be lovingly remembered by her grandparents Loretta Kreklewich, Mavis and Bill Pollock and nephews and nieces; Marissa and Carson Park, Davin and Ardynn Zinkhan and Brayden, Rylee and Boston Kreklewich.
Gayle had many Aunties, Uncles, Cousins and many Friends who will forever miss Gayle and will cherish many beautiful memories.
Gayle had a heart of gold who loved and wanted to care for everyone, including many pets over her 41 years. She loved to spend time with family and friends and was one of the most loyal and kind individuals who never judged anyone and welcomed everyone in. Gayle had a laugh that was contagious, a smile that could light up a room and a beautiful personality that will be cherished forever.
Memorial will be held at the Faith Baptist Church located at 55 Michener Drive, Regina Saskatchewan on Monday May 27th 2024 at 2:00 pm. Luncheon to follow.
Interment will take place at Regina Funeral Home, Regina SK, on Tuesday, May 28th, 2024 at 10:00am

I remember well when Kathy came to Faith and was baptized but did not know anything about your children. This is such a very difficult time for you all and I pray for God's comfort to be yours as your mourn the death of your child.We run a Griefshare program at Faith but it is nearing the end right now but it will happen again and perhaps your family would find it helpful. I was very sorry to hear of Gayle’s passing. We worked together on the Short Stay Unit at the General. She was such a great worker, always busy and helping any way she could. We all loved working with her! She was also very generous and would bring us all kinds of sour candy to us on the night shift. She started my addiction to them and it continues to this day. I often think of her when I am eating them. Rest peacefully Gayle.

My condolences to the Krecklewich family upon Gayle's passing. Although I had not visited with Gayle for a long time, I briefly saw her last year. My heart remembered the girl that I played with on the playground at Edenwold School. She had a wonderful laugh and the most generous spirit. She was the kind of girl that would give you the cookies in her lunch and ask for nothing in return. I pray that she is at peace and that you her family can find comfort in knowing that she is remembered and loved for being a beautiful soul.

I was friends with Gayle for years. We were never really close but I can assure you, when I saw Gayle I went running for a hug. There was something very special about her. Everything in her life could be crashing down, yet she would ask to make sure myself and others were alright instead. You don't come across people like that often. I was lucky to give her one last hug the day before she passed away and I'm very grateful for that. I'm very sorry to Curtis and the rest of the family...She sure was a gem!
