Warren Robert Clark
June 18th, 2013
Passed away after a courageous battle with cancer with his wife and children by his side. Predeceased by his parents and stepfather, he will be greatly missed by his loving wife of 56 years Myra, his children Heather (Clare), Rob (Lynn), and Bruce, grandchildren Deena (Shane) Kyle, Tyler (Katelyn) and great grandson Joshua. His brothers Ron (Dorothy), Ken (Diana), Malcolm (Audrey) and their families, also sister-in-law Lilla (Loyd), cousins, nephews, nieces and many friends.
He was well respected in the Insurance business for 41 years and as a ‘man on the move’ he will be remembered for his tireless involvement and dedication to Politics, Sports and Health Programs in Burnaby and the Gulf Islands. They retired to Mayne Island where he enjoyed boating, fishing, gardening, winemaking and made many friends.
At Warren’s request there will be no funeral and a celebration of life will be held at a later date. The family would like to thank his oncologist Dr. Galbraith and nurses at Abbotsford Cancer Clinic for his exceptional care throughout. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Lymphoma Society of BC or a charity of your choice would be sincerely appreciated.
Thank you Warren, Dad, Grampa for your love.
You are invited to leave a personal message of condolence for the family.
