On September 11, 2017, Rita passed away peacefully at the age of 82 . She is predeceased by loving husband John, son John and brother Jack and sister Bernie, and extended family members.
Survived by; children, Julie (Jim), Janice (Bob), Patsy (Fred), Pam (Andy) and Bob, sister Helen, sister in law Kay, 10 grandchildren, 1 great grandson and many extended family members and friends.
Rita was a very active person enjoying a number of different crafts and art over the years. Her garden also brought her great joy. Ultimately though, family and her faith were paramount in her life. She was an active parishioner and was a member of the CWL for well over 50 years.
Prayers Tuesday September 19 at 6:30 pm at St. Josephs Roman Catholic Church, 20676 Fraser Hwy, Langley. Eulogy promptly at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday, September 20, with funeral mass to follow.
