Charles Henry Delves

Passed away at Langley Lodge on March 9, 2018, at the age of 100. Predeceased by first wife Phyllis and second wife Lois, brother John, sister-in-law May, sister Leah and nephew Gordon.
Charles was born on the farm in Duval, Saskatchewan, to Charles and Millie Delves.
He will be remembered by sons; Lloyd (Lorna) and LeVern (Claire), grandchildren; Lisa, Brian and Steven and great grandchildren; Tavis, Keegan, Chase, Abigail, Andrew, Allison and Owen.
Charles worked on farms until his service in the RCAF during WWII. He was employed by Monsanto Chemicals, then finished his career after 27 years with the Richmond School Board.
A Memorial Service on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at 11:00 am at Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Services, 3070 - 275A Street, Aldergrove. Fellowship will follow at the Chapel.

So sorry to hear of Charlie's passing. He was a stalwart of the church when we first knew him and Phyllis. We worked together on various maintenance projects on both the buildings. I enjoyed his stories about various maintenance issues in the Richmond school district as we did our work. His was a life well lived, Mike Campbell
