Kori Goldney-Bordignon
May 19th, 2018
On Saturday, May 19, 2018, Kori Goldney-Bordignon, wife, mother, daughter and sister, passed away suddenly at the age of 39 years. She will be remembered and forever loved by her husband Mike, sons Brandon and Taylor, mom Barb, dad Jim, brother Rae, sister Keri, and many other family members and friends.
Kori was active in the Langley community, as she volunteered for the Langley Rivermen, and was a regular fixture on game days, helping in any way she could. Both of her boys played or play ball hockey for the Valley Ball Hockey Association, and Kori played an integral role in that organization; either as “team mom” or her latest role, which was referee coordinator. She was also very active in her son’s school, and was an active member of the PAC, where she could be found helping out on hot lunch days, organizing fundraisers, and working hard at book fairs.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 23, 2018 at Walnut Grove Secondary School (Cafeteria) at 1:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to a charity of your choice.
You are invited to leave a personal message of condolence for the family.
