Eugen "Gene" Lueck

Gene went home to be with his Heavenly Father on March 2, 2019 at the age of 99. He was predeceased by his wife Terry in 2013. Remaining to cherish his memory and remember his stories are his daughters Bev (Doug), Donna (Bob); grandchildren Brian (Julia), Jennifer (Dean), Nathan (Shannon), and Chris; great grandchildren Haley, Ryder, Alyssa, and James.
Gene immigrated to Canada with his parents in 1926, and lived in Lockwood, Saskatchewan. He worked in several provinces as a young man, but in 1948 settled in Vancouver and became a barber. Throughout his life Gene had a strong Christian faith, was devoted to family, and enjoyed helping others in practical ways.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, March 30, at 10:00 a.m. at Ebenezer Baptist Church, 6858 Fraser St, Vancouver B.C.
