On Wednesday, April 14th, 2021, Christopher (Chris) Edward Powell passed peacefully away in his sleep at 47 years with his Girlfriend, Radmila Jokic, by his side.
Chris will be missed by his Girlfriend Radmila, Vicky, children, Taylor, Mackenzie & Madison; Niece Kyra; Brother Jason (Jay), Steven, Father Grant, and numerous extended family members and friends.
Our family is deeply saddened by the loss of our father, Son, Brother, Boyfriend and Friend. Chris was born in Oshawa, Ontario, in 1974 and always lived life to the fullness; he was passionate about golf, hockey, being outdoors, and paddling on his paddleboard with a couple of beers. Some might have said he is the life of the party. Chris was a proud Purolator Courier for 23 years. Chris was a competitive soul, and if he had the opportunity to be in a golf tournament, he would be there. Chris fought Pancreatic Cancer for 1.5 years. Chris was so passionate about the outdoors that he hiked a mountain despite going through chemo treatments. He will always be remembered as Chris F@*k!ng Powell. Today we Celebrate you, Chris! We hope you are floating up in the clouds with a beer in your hand.
