Phyllis June Stewart
June 2, 1939 – March 16, 2022
Phyllis passed away peacefully in the Hope Hospice with her family by her side at the age of 82. She is lovingly remembered by her daughter Moyra, grandson Cole (Jessica) and great granddaughters Addison and Sadie. Phyllis was born in Hope and spent her life growing up alongside the DeAngelis family where there was always a revolving door of family and friends for her to entertain and cook for, the two things she loved most in life. In her later years she worked at Hells Gate gift shop where she loved working with the energetic, fun staff who always made her laugh and feel young. In her retired life she loved giving back to her community, volunteering at the soup kitchen, the church and making hampers with her friend Julie.

may God hold you in the palm of His hand.
A service will be held at Our Lady of Good Hope Parish – 671 Water Ave. Hope, BC - April 9, 2022 at 11 o’clock. A reception at the Eagles Hall – 386 Fort St. Hope, BC – to follow.
