It is with sadness that we announce the passing of our dad Bikram Singh on January 08, 2023, at the age of 72. He passed away peacefully in Melville Hospice Home in Surrey, BC.
Bikram was born in Vunikavikaloa, Rakiraki, Fiji.
Predeceased by his wife, Suruj Kumari Singh, and his parents Bere Singh and Ram Raji and 4 siblings.
He is survived by his 5 children. Birend, Benita, Bekashni, Babita and Kabita, their respective spouses and 7 grandchildren. Two sisters Kala Wati and Awadh Pati. One of his niece's Sashi N. was by his side in his final moments. She was very grateful to be here for him.
Bikram immigrated to Canada from Fiji in 1987 with his 5 children and his beautiful wife Suruj Kumari.
He worked as a car Mechanic all his life and could fix any car problem he came across. If anyone needed a mechanic, he was the person people referred to.
Bikram was a kind and friendly person.
