Messages:
I was waiting for Brigitte to call me back on something, she never did because she had left this earth, quietly. May You Rest in Peace
We are sorry to hear of Brigitte‘s passing! We sang together for a few years in the Austrian Choir, and also talked sometimes on the phone about her beloved Speyer as my husband and I had visited her hometown while we were in Germany. We fondly remember her. Our condolences to her family.
Sorry for your loss. Knew Brigitte from the Austrian Vancouver Choir. A lovely kind Lady. She will be missed. Henry and Sussie
We will miss Brigitte. We sang together in the Melody Choir for many years. She was always interested in everything especially music and she brought to the choir many songs that we still sing. Our deep felt condolences to her family.
The Balint family lived next to us on 15th & Blenheim in Vancouver when I was a child. I have many fond memories of them all. I’m sad that we lost touch over decades and decades- but I’ve never forgotten how kind and friendly they were. Sending much love and condolences to the family
Brigitte was a longtime and enthusiastic member of the AVC Melody Choir and will be greatly missed! May she rest in peace besides Joseph!
I am so sorry to hear of Brigitte's passing. I also knew her through the years we were in the Langley Community Chorus together. A kind soul who will be missed by many. May she rest in peace with her husband Joseph.
So sorry to hear of Brigitte’s passing. She was a lovely lady and I felt fortunate to have gotten to know her through Langley Community Chorus. May she Rest In Peace
Brigitte…a lovely, warm lady with a vast knowledge of and experience with music; a true friend in the Langley Community Chorus. At home, now, with her beloved husband.
Brigitte will be greatly missed by all in the Langley Community Chorus. She loved music and singing so much and was an important part of our chorus. May she rest in peace.
December 13, 2022: Thank you for sharing your friendship and love of music with all of us at Langley Community Chorus, Brigitte! May you rest in the eternal peace and love of Christ. You will be missed but always remembered with much fondness!
I am truly sorry for your loss. I met Brigitte and her husband Joseph more than 60 years ago, when Brigitte was part of the Vancouver Opera’s Chorus. Later I met her again when I took on the post as conductor of the AVC Melody Choir. I admired her for her love of music, opera in particular. Whether on radio, TV or on stage, she never missed a performance. I will always remember Brigitte as a true lover of music and her dedication to the AVC Melody Choir.
