With heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of Joe on Wednesday, September 2,2020 at the age of 80 years. Left to mourn his passing is his loving wife of 43 years, Joan; he will also be remembered by his son, David (Ann), daughter, Christine (Allan); grandchildren, Nathaniel, Ethan, Allison and Meghan; and extended family members. Joe was predeceased by his son, Jonathan in 2014. Joe was known for being a kind, generous and giving man. He enjoyed working at the Alberta Children’s Hospital as purchasing manager for 20 years. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Ascension Catholic Parish, 1100 Berkshire Blvd. NW, Calgary, AB on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at 11:45 AM. In lieu of flowers a donation in Joe’s memory may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
