Anna Marie LaRose

Anna Marie passed away peacefully on Monday, February 18, 2013 at Extendicare Michener Hill at the age of 97 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her family: son, Terry (Margaret) of Calgary; daughter, Lynda of Red Deer; daughter-in-law, Carol LaRose; sister, Catherine Kneeland of Camrose, as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Anna was predeceased by her husband, Joseph “Buster”; sons, Robert “Bob” and Gerald LaRose, as well as numerous brothers and sisters. At Anna’s request, no Funeral Service will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations in Anna’s memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society, 4728 Ross St., Red Deer, AB, T4N 1X2.

Mrs LaRose.... you were one of the most gentle caring lady ive ever come across...i rememeber when you would come over to our house and you would massage my feet when i was little. I enjoyed our talks and card playing. My dear friend of many years..we shared the same birthday May 23 and shared many memories and get togethers..visits and dinners were always a nice blessing....driving through the country and our deep coversations will be missed...i hold you in my heart forever my friend....sympathy to Terry and family, Carol and family, and Lynda! Your mom was a very special lady.

Sad to hear. I remember Auntie Anna was a great card player. Would regularly best me in crib. Thoughts and prayers to the family.
