Our deepest sympathies to all of Shirley's family, we will miss her dearly.....
We are so sorry to hear of Shirley's passing. We are grateful that we had the opportunity to have a short visit with Kim, Tammy and Shirley just days before her illness finally took her to heaven. Shirley was almost as much a sister to me as my real sister. Certainly she was family in all respects. We spent so much time with her when Dianne and I were dating and when we were married 50 years ago. So many fond memories are coming to mind as we think of those wonderful evenings playing cribbage and enjoying Shirley's excellent cooking. We will all miss the infectious laugh that carried for miles it seems and had a way of making everyone within earshot of her as happy as she always was. They say that time heals all wounds but in this case it is going to take a very long time for all of us to deal with our mourning process. We have lost a very special person. May God truly bless all of her family, friends and acquaintances.
