Karen and family Jim and I send out our sincere condolences. We hadn’t known she’d been ill for quite a while. She’s been special part of all your lives and we know you will really miss having your mom there. Words can’t express what it means to lose your mom or dad. Know we are thinking about you all. Love Brenda and Jim
Wonderful Aunti Norma, so fun and feisty, loved her laughter and her Butter tarts. She was always up for a wee drink and a visit. She lived a full and busy life and it was an honour to be a small part of her extended family.
We will miss Aunty Norma very much indeed. She was like a second mom to me. She would give me heck just like I was her own daughter! We knew she loved all of us. She will be up in heaven playing cards with my mom Beatrice. Love you Auntie.
I will truly miss not hearing Norma's laughter. She was a big part of my childhood years as her and my mom were such good friends. Even in their 90s they would still get together and have a good laugh over a game of crib. They would each have their quarters out because the loser had to pay. Norma was very optimistic and would only place out two quarters where my mother knew her demise and would have four out. Norma's pies were outstanding. I remember she knew I loved raspberries and made a raspberry pie just for me and brought it down to Mom's. This was long after I was married and had children of my own so it was very much appreciated. May you cherish all the beautiful memories of your wonderful mother. Please keep in touch.
Karen, Doug and family So sorry for your loss. I will keep you in my thoughts at this sad time. Jo
