It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Alfreda May Chellew (Freda) at her residence at Points West Senior Care Facility in Red Deer on Tuesday, February1, 2022 at the age of 82.

She is survived by her son, Jace Hutlet (Kim); daughter, Jill Cave; son, John Hutlet (Sharellen) & daughter, Judy Hutlet. Freda had multiple Grandchildren & Great Grandchildren. Freda was pre-deceased by her common-law husband John Hutlet Sr. and her daughter Catherine.

Respecting the final wishes of Freda and at her request there will be no formal funeral service. Freda will be laid to rest at Alto Reste Cemetery in Red Deer. 

We would like to thank the caring staff and management at the Hamlets and Points West who helped Mom so much during the time she spent there. Special People helping Special People.
