Roy Klock

Roy was born October 28, 1946.  Roy is the youngest child of Stephen and Mary Klock.

He is survived by his wife Marietta and sons Trevor (Dawn, Darby) and Troy (Kelly) grandson Steven wife Jenny great grandsons Preston, Jaxon and Nixon.

His sister Rose (Bob) family, Georgina & family, Martin & family.  Marietta’s sisters, brothers and spouses and numerous nieces and nephews. 

His journey throughout his life took him down a variety of paths and was very enthusiastic to try new ventures.  After high school he worked for a farmer in Francis from there he moved to Regina and secured employment with Conforce from there to Security Guard and Roofing repair. He then decided to venture into driving bus.  He started out with Wagner Bus lines driving a school bus to Grey Hound Bus Lines, STC Bus Lines, Moose Mountain Bus Lines and Regina City Transit.  In 1978 he made the decision to become an active entrepreneur and began in gravel crushing, deliver service and then off to running a Service Station for Turbo.  His next venture he purchased a bobcat and contracted with CP Rail.  In 1994 he was ready for a change and put together a successful business Klock Holdings Inc. o/a Roy & Sons Dredging Services.  The family joined him on this journey and traveled the Prairie Provinces desludging lagoons.  He retired from this business in 2021.  Looking back he was superior provider always making sure his family had a roof over their heads and food on the table.

Roy & Marietta married May 21, 1971 and have two sons.  Trevor was born 1974 and Troy in 1976.
